Badminton

Gail Emms and Nathan Robertson (World No. 1's and Olympic Silver Medallists) 5th Feb 2006 Manchester

Recently I am attracted in the art of badminton playing. I played it almost every two days. From last September, Lee took me to play it until so far, I am getting deeper and deeper into it. I found there is so much fun having an favorite sport and getting on with friends on that stuff.

I watched a England championship on Badminton on 5th of February. It was nice; I saw the ambition of players struggling to get every shuttle inside their field safe, and the power of their attacks.

When I last in Taiwan I also played badminton in 3C badminton court in Taichung. The people there were so nice. One of the carer there was one of my coachs, he taught how to handle the racket. I had to say hs help was great, I started to understand why I used to lost the shuttles and why others can hit the shuttle so quick.

The more I played the more I get the experience. I am very awared of the safety of this sport and I always do careful warm-ups before I play it. One of the friends and coachs in the 3C badminton court told me "Everyone here was injured somehow before. It is something important in your pratices, to make your body well prepared so that it will not get injured, then your badminton life will last longer.
